Online Pc help

Hello,

ive got a question. I'm in the lobby of ea. I get challenged or challenge someone. The match is starting, so there should be controller setup (Which team, which controller). Sometimes everything goes allright, but half of the time, i get a black screen and the game goes back to the start menu??!? What is wrong?

P2.6Ghz
512 ram
Videocard 256 mb
Logitec rumblepad gamepad
1024/320 adsl (Multiport modem)

(Btw: I havnt done anything to my modem/router ports, can this be the problem?)

Yes, you have it too..... but do you know what to do about it? It is driving me crazy Finally i have fast internet, online playing still sucks because of this stupid thing!! Someone please please help! :Bow:

turn off your firewall and anti-virus

i have this problem too!! i tried turning anti-virus programs but it doesn't work

I did heard that it was router and port problem but i don't know how to fix it....

Seol Ki Hyeon is right! I think everyone of you have a router. You should open inbound en outbound port 3658. When you have done this every game starts. I started this thread, and this is the answer to it. Thanx for the help, and hope it works 4 you to.
