Information

A complete turf update with...

- New created texture (more details, higher resolution, smooth look in game view)
- New 3D gras (better noticeable and more realistic)
- Complete new colors (better look and more natural)
- Reworked all mowing pattern (better contrast, new structure and colors)
- Better lines on pitch (more sharpness, better white color, optimized for new turf)

Installation

With automatic installer.
A backup of "data3.big and data3.bh" is recommendable.

Manuel import: Copy the folder "Game" in your FIFA 11 main directory and overwrite it.
After them start the FIFA 11 Regenerator (in archiv) and regenerate.

Fidel makes so great work with his gameplay, therefore is this not my section this year. But editing is important for me, and now i have a new project.

I talk about turfs and grass patches. It give not many patches with this elements. Sure, the turf in FIFA 11 is good, but the console version has better turf graphics. I will make a complete patch with new structure, better color balance and better 3D effect for grass. I show now a screen from first beta, i will optimize still some things, so pls patience.

Update

For first, great thanks for the positive feedback.

Now i come with a massive update. The turf has many changes how new sharpness, new structure and more natural colors. The turf changed complete the graphical appearance. It looks much more individual with the new texture in different views. The shade is also changed, you see this on 3D grass. But the grass must still edit.

plain parts in zoomed out parts and in some Replay parts? Maybe there is a
way to change something on grass.lua?

I hope i can show a new update today. Because i'm a bit busy with my own website and FIFAPLANET of course. I think i will make soon a demonstration video then some details you see only in moved pictures.

3D grass isn't possible everytime and also not useful. Believe me, you see no 3D grass in game view. Sure, some changes in lua can make details higher in far view. The problem is the performance, grass is in fact very intensive to handle for many systems. A new texture with better shade, structure and color is here the better way. No worries, i will change the 3D grass, but only for zoomed views.

according to me this is most important one

If you use the correct valid stripes the result more better !!

for example Olt Trafford Night with correct stripes:

Because of this please use the correct valid stripes not original stripes !

A little new update now.



The color is bit brighter because in some stadiums was it too dark. Also the Mowing Pattern is changed, but not all in moment. I know, i know, this are not the real color of the turf in stadium. But it is not possible to make individual turf for any stadium. PES has this feature, not FIFA unfortunately. I show soon a own texture by me, with still better effects.

BTW: Here first screens with new 3D grass. It looks much more natural, and you see it in some higher angles how in picture 2. Make the screen in full resolution to see the details.
