in the patch of malasia patch the db demo fifa12 is great open in dbm11 but this db no... please help me.

I got this error too, after everyone said DBM11 worked...

I'm guessing maybe it's because of the extraction of the files. I used Texture Editor 2011, because Texture Editor 2012 came up with an error.

It's because of chunkzip2 compression, not implemented in Master 11 Tools.
Extract db and xml with FM11, uncompress both with Quickbms using the chunklzx.bms script, and then open with DBM11. Voila!
