Opening the Database?

Guys, ive been trying for a few days now how to open the database but it wont allow me! i consistently get this message

"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ingnor this eror and attempt to continue. I fyou click Quit, the application will close immediately/

Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, Position 1."

Can anybody assist me in solving this please? Thanks very much for your time.

bro you have been here for a while now, you know this isnt the correct forum for this type a question.

i told you extract it w/ testure editor 12 it will decompress it.
ive said multiple times in multiple threads which means you didnt search.
