Option file only copy 1 league

hello,

We from Pes-online are making a Dutch competion update, the complete roster will be updated.
We are also making a First Division. The only thing is, we would make them both at the same time (right now). but if we make the Dutch competion correctly and the First Division in another Option File, they wouldn't be in ONE option file, so my question is: Is it possible to copy only one league to another Option File?
