Option files and online mode

Is there any way to play with the option files of any of the players in a online game, like in FIFA?

It would be great to play with updated option files instead of the out of date original roosters, sending automatically the file to the client (it would only take 15 seconds)

If itsnt possible, please KONAMI release the 1.20 patch with this option included ^^
