Oui!

It's a requirement in Canada that all official signs, paperwork, etc. is bilingual (English + French). This is not required in Quebec province, where you can leave the English off!

Try listening to Sealion Dion and Jacques Villenueve speaking. You can't really imagine that they are from an English-speaking country just north of the USA. No, they are Quebequa!
