Question... Howcome the ratings of the players are higher during the match compared to the ratings in squad management in careers mode?

E.g - Ronaldinho In Game: 98
Ronaldinho Before Game: 95

Because form improves I think, it could also be his fatigue level.

I thought in-game ratings were based on morale.
Ex: Adriano is a 93 In-game a 97 Morale HIGH
Ex: C. Zanetti is a 75 In- game a 72 Morale LOW

That is how your position coaches manifest their improvement in your players. So if you have a level 4 striker coach then your attacking players will all get an appropriate uplift in their skill ratings during matches, and obviously a level 2 coach would produce a lower adjustment, whilst a level 6 coach triggers a larger one.

The in gmae ratings are based on form. WHen you use your upgrades for lets say striker, the more u put into the striker coach the faster they develop.
