I just finished another season and the top 3 scorers in the league were:

Keznan (CFC) - 34
Henry (Arsenal) - 25
Caranashi (CFC) - 19

Top assist:

Caranashi (CFC) - 12

Now Caranashi is my player and I was fully expecting him to win the overall best player award due to the obvious stats.

But (there's always a but), Henry won it.

If scoring was the way to go, then maybe Keznan (who again, is my player) should have won it.

Dodgy system to say the least.

Argentina player I think. 18 year old at the begining of ML. Balance, Stamina, Speed, Acc, Response, Shooting stats, Header - all above 80 to begin with.

Can shoot like hell.

You know what I hate about the ratings......If i get a yellow with a player that has played very well his ratings for that match will drop dramatically......... Now i ask you yellows are given left and right in almost every game.......This shouldnt be included in the player rating at the end of the match.....:kader: :kader:

Kaka usually gets it for me, he basically owns the midfield in every ML game I play (H)

I think its what someone else said, they can score alot and assist alot but if they don't go much apart from those, he won't get the award

I have no idea how the ratings system works either. You might have the top scorer, top assist and least goal conceded in your team and still win NONE of the awards. Doesnt make sense.

Rio Ferdinand won the award last season for me, he had like 4 goals totals and 2 assists, but he played a top notch defence
