Overall how is FIFA07 for PS2/PC?

I had 06 on PC but now I'm striclty X-Box which does not have MLS - is 07's for PC/PS2 worth picking up for that league?
Is Toronto in the game?

The MLS is in the game but no Toronto simply because Toronto did not have a team when the game was made. Heck, they only anounced their official uniforms last week, but you can alway add it in yourself if you have the patience to do it.
