Im from guatemala, but I still think that Carlos Ruiz (MLS/ LA Galaxy) is overrated , he have a 85 skill (are you telling me that "The Fishy" Ruiz is better than C. Ronaldo or Riquelme?)

Continuing with my rant against the Hungarian ratings...Miriuta is an 80....an 80????? WTF!?!?!?!?! he'd be lucky to get a 50...especially since Dragoner and Gyepes aren't included (real defenders)

Dardai is better than a 51...and Babos is better than a 57

And they forgot Szabics, Miki Feher, Vegh, Gera, Bodnar, Gyepes, Dragoner, ect

But at least they left out the Slovak and Romanian teams

But please, don't compare him to Cristiano Ronaldo... Portillo has shown the potential to become a good striker; Ronaldo has shown the potential to become an excellent winger.....

Eveyrone is saying about this underated stuff, but its the person playing, not the players that count. The skill only kicks in when you are trying to do tricks in walk mode etc, and when long range shots are atempted. I still agree that EA have a lot of players better/worse than they should be. Vieri is pretty good but 97?! i dont think so, and C.Ronaldo is way underated. I have also noticed Holland are not in FIFA2004 !!

Glen . i Agree with you if you are not a good player even if u got 90 skill you cant enjoy the Game, but its a litle bit anoying that players that are better than others (Cracks or in this case Future cracks) are not adecuated ranked.
For Example if I buy Zidane for an X team i expect that he will be Faster with more skill and kicks good, but with cristiano Ronaldo Quaresma, Riquelme Deco etc make it not that easier.

yeah, nut i don't like NotRonaldo. he has massive potential and Portillo has proven himself for me. remember the CL and how he saved them with his 92+ minute goal.

ronaldo has a deserved rating for at the time the game was made he had not proven himself to be that good a player..... and to be honest - how many people had ever heard of him until he was purchased? he wasn't exactly a big name....

some players are overrated such as ruud van nistelruuy, while many others such as anyone not in europe or playing for brazil are left with low stats

and first division players are not underrated like someone else said in this forum - as first division is clearly light years behind premier league and other top flight leagues around europe and south america

MLS players i feel are overrated - while many are correctly rated low - there are still some players up in the 80's which is a bit wrong IMO

tim howard has to be most overrated player (might have something to do with him being American, playing for Manchester Unites and the game being sold to mainly American kids who only know Manchester United and Real Madrid)
