Owen x Reyes !?

It seems there are rumours of Reyes is not happy in London and Owen is not happy in Madrid so some papers are talking about a posible trading Owen - Reyes, betwen R.Madrid and Arsenal.

R.Madrid, and Arsenal fans, What do you think about it?

Owen is a much better player and is playing very well in madrid, i don't see why he would be that unhappy, ture he doesn't get as much playing time as he deserves but i haven't heard him complain.

I see Reyes more as a left winger. Owen is a striker. I wouldn't make that trade. And I don't think Arsenal would give up on such a big investment so fast.

Reyes(face like a slapped arse, shedding tears, nightmares of Gary Neville) has a habbit of mouthing off to the press association(I've lost count to be honest with you) in the last couple of months about being 'kicked' by Señor Neville in a football match that took place almost four months ago, maybe he should concentrate on getting back the sort of form that got Arsenal off to a flyer at the start of the season and the form that saved Arsenal's neck against Boro.

If there is one good thing about Owen its his ability to keep his ego under-control whilst not being able to hold down a first-team place even when on form, it must be even more frustrating now that the goofy twat has fallen behind Diego Forlan in the scoring charts and still gets to keep his spot. Owen has proven himself in England, Spain(arguably), and at International level, I'd take him over Reyes even if he did once play for the red bindipping scally bastards, and you won't hear him complain about getting 'kicked' about the pitch even though he was very much injury prone during the last couple of years.

Nah, all you guys got this the wrong way. Madrid and Arsenal are only discussing a trade because Reyes has not settled w/ Arsenal and going back to Spain would be better for him. This was never an argument about "Who's better"? Owen has certainly settled in quite nicely w/ Madrid so I don't see a point in trading for Reyes although he has a better upside if he can become as consistent as Owen has become since his arrival.

It isn't convenient for either team to make a trade IMO. Madrid would be giving up a consisten striker and Arsenal would be giving up a player w/ better upside. Thats it point-blank.
