You are right about United, he won't be ending up there ever. As for Chelsea, I don't think you can count them out of any transfer, no matter the player. If they offered the money the board would take it straight away and SWP will be playing at Stamford Bridge... especially if Sven encourages the move. Pool is possible but it would all depend on what Gerrard does... they are not exactly challenging for honours without him. Just think, Lampard, Gerrard and SWP playing together at Chelsea, Sven would love it.

Bradley Wright phillips is also looking the goods, if Anelka leaves in the summer then BWP will be proving his worth...

2 words - DAVID BECKHAM. But I think Sven should give SWP a go on the left if he isn't going to put Cole and Bridge on the left. SWP scores goals with both feet, roams all over the show and is comfortable on either flank and in the middle. Heck Sven could let Rooney and SWP play swapsies over the field, it would bamboozle any opposition.

Once Becks is gone though, SWP should be a regular starter, especially if he moves to Chelsea or Arsenal or something.

You are saying that David Beckham does not want SWP in the team? Maybe it is true, but i don't think Beckham would really not want such a player just because he plays for City. I think that SWP is not in the team because Cole is much better tackler for left back as for left mid, maybe England should try him there now that Scholes retired.

what has ashley cole got to do with swp? cole is a leftback, swp will never play there, and only if bridge is left back cole plays lm

And SWP will join Arsenal eventually. Arsenal do have the money but they don't want to spend it. Maybe he can be the first major signing for the opening of Ashburton Grove.

Alright i don't watch City games, so i don't know. But anybody would rather have Beckham than SWP on the right side. Beckham can have a lot of media on his back and everything, but that guy is always running all game, tries hard, even though he can't dribble and no one can deny that he has the best right foot in the world. no one can make 50 yard passes like Beckham. He is a much better goal supplier than Shaun.

No, he's overrated. I'd rather SWP in my team than Beckham. Shaun still has potential and is more effective than Beckham is now. Beckham is just too 1-dimensional for me and SWP seems more complete than Becks

No, I'd rather have someone who has more than just a right foot and who combines speed, skills and most of all - a left foot. Becks can run all he wants but that doesn't make up for the fact that he simply doesn't cut it.

So that's exactly what i am saying, you would rather have more possesion of the ball, rather than more goals. Because Beckham is far better goal supplier than SWP and he scores fair amount of goals himself. And Beckham's right foot makes up for his left.

Because he feels much more comfortable with his right. For example i can make a good pass/cross with my right, but i will not feel 100% that i can do it accurate, unlike with my left.
