Comments about the game:

Vieira is a ***in softy and it was him falling down that led to the equaliser. And he should be trying to play the anchor role and let Cesc play the box to box role. His passing sucks and he's leaving gaps in the midfield. He should be protecting Cesc but he isn't.

Lauren lost his player which allowed CP to equalize.

Arsenal needs new defenders for the January Transfer window. Sol Campbell's absence is really showing right now. And he STILL hasn't signed an extension. If Arsenal lose him then they are in deep shiet.

It's frustrating how Arsenal are tying matches when they should be winning them. All those matches were due to not holding on to a 1 goal lead. They are missing Gilberto and Sol and they need them back soon.

Patrick was pretty crap today. We need the old commanding Paddy back, not some ordinary player who wears the captain armband and is being shown how to do his job by a 17 year old.

I agree. Vieria needs to get his ass to the more defensive role. He doesnt bring much offesnivly where as Fab does. Fab had a decent shot saved while Pat is almost always scared to shoot or something.

Senderos? Why? Cygan was pretty decent today, I thought. He was fooled once or twice but did quite well to recover.

I'm kinda sick of feeling glad we didn't lose the game. I'm so not used to it. We Arsenal fans are spoilt, that's why this hurts like hell.

Oh, and we need to fucking start Robin.

This isn't the case of being spoilt. This was one of the worse performances I've seen in recent times. Their passing was awful. The defence looked shaky and the shooting was crap. This is worse than last year because of the way they are playing.

The main problem, IMO, is teams are learning how to shut us down. It's a tactic for the 'not-so-big' teams to get anything out of us. It's not a tactic that will win you games but yeah, it pretty much shuts us down.

Very annoying when we play against teams like these.

Well the thing is CP didn't shut us down. The stats were like 19 shots with 10 on target. The gk played well for them but with that many chances Arsenal should have scored more. This wasn't like the PAO game where the Greeks shut us down. It was the fact that the shooting was utter crap. I know the pitch was horrible and wet but we should expect more from the players. And Van Persie NEEDS to start. He did more when he was on then what Pires did all game.

Henry- 8 only one doing something
Reyes-6 had some decent shots
Pires- 6 Iwas amazed to see he was doing better defensivley than offesivley

Lljunberg-5 besides the assist for the goal his game was crap today

Vieria- 5.5 good defensivley offensivley played like crap

Fab- 6.5 good passing and effort
Ashleycole- 6decent goal came on hisside

Cygan- 6.6 decent coulda had a better effort on the CP goal

Lauren- 6 covered his side well Cygan and Toure had to help him out alot

Lehman- what is there to rate with CP having like 1 shot on goal

Toure- 8.5 best Arsenal player today. He was everywhere and almost even got a goal from far

I felt Ljungberg was one of the players who really worked, don't see him getting a 5.

If Vieira really did well defensively, you shouldn't be giving him a 5.5. Defense is his job. He was shit both offensively and defensively. Went down so easily today. Piss poor from Paddy.

Fab? 6.5? You gotta be shitting me. I'd give him a 8! He was probably our second best player today, only because Toure was having a blinder.

It should have been an even better scoreline for Palace, but Lakis produced the miss of the season just over a minute later when he scooped the ball over the bar from six yards.
