PSV Eindhoven are confident there will be no repeat of the racist abuse which marred Arsenal's last visit to the Philips Stadion.
In September 2002, Arsenal's black players, primarily Thierry Henry, were subjected to racist chants from PSV supporters.
The Dutch outfit were later fined £22,500 for the incident but the high-profile racist outbursts of the past week have prompted fears of a repeat in Eindhoven.
German referee Herbert Fandel has already admitted he is not afraid to take both teams off the pitch during Wednesday's UEFA Champions League tie, if there is racist abuse.
But PSV spokesman Pedro Salazar Hewitt is not expecting any problems on Wednesday and believes the situation will be under control.
"It's a promise from our side that we are doing everything possible to avoid this kind of racism in the stadium," Salazar Hewitt told Sky Sports News.
"If two or three or 20 or 100 people start chanting then you have to organise everything to avoid it but we promise the best."
Salazar Hewitt revealed those fans responsible for the racist comments the last time PSV hosted Arsenal were punished and he is optimistic that there will be no repeat.
He added: "Two years ago when Arsenal were here, about 30 or 40 people started to shout then 10 of them were identified and they were forbidden to come back to the stadium for one or two years.
"What happened two years ago we are very sorry about but we are doing our best to avoid that thing.
"The people are maybe more emotional in a Champions League match and you can never say it is completely cured."
With racist jeers having tarnished England's friendly in Spain last week, Salazar Hewitt does not believe the same problem exists in Holland.
"The racism problem here in the stadiums is not an item in Holland because we don't have that sort of problem.
"We have a lot of coloured players in Holland.
"We have some more problems with people in the crowd who are shouting very bad things and not very nice things for people but not in a racist way."

He's right though, here in the Netherlands we prefer to use the term hooker to insult the referee Or make comments about the mother of a player/ref we don't like.
