No, there is nothing about freedom of privacy, but if you look at the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 9th, and 14th Amendments you can see that privacy is obviously important. If you really want an Amendment to cite for privacy I'd go with the 9th, but no case has ever been decided with just the 9th Amendment because apparantly the Justices read the Constitution as if the 9th Amendment didn't exist. The relevant modern cases would be Griswold v. Connecticut, Eisenstadt, Roe v. Wade, Stanley, and Lawrence v. Texas in 2003 which overturned Bowers and sodomy laws.
