They're actually good, I got into them when I was at Funchal, Madeira 3 years ago (wonderful place btw), when i tasted one in the market place. It's a shame they're so expensive though, like >10€/kg, but still worth the purchase every once in a while.

Passionfruit is such a pussy name. In Spanish they're called papayas. And actually they're not half bad, but you gotta take out all the seeds, and it has to be sweet.
