Bayern plays a fast paced attacking game nowadays. So yea...

QYC said:
Yes but that doesnt mean Juve is exciting. :ewan: Goals from set pieces are boring.

QYC said:
I mean goals from goal mouth scrambles, those are boring, and that's how Juve score. Take Arsenal for example, they use fast-flowing counter-attacking styles. I'll never get bored watching that.

The result: empty stadiums. :jap:
Shut up. Stop giving the us Bayern fans a bad name with your cockyness. It's not like we're known for an offensive minded, attacking style.

3 teams in Spain and 2 teams in England scored more goals than juve so..... :ewan:

Its stupid to compare leagues like that you knob.

The quality of opposition is so different... who in their right might would make a bizzarre comparison like that ?! oh thats right... YOU.

And you just proved my point ! In a far more defensive league, Juve manages to score the same amount of goals as the top teams in Spain and England !

Now F*ck off and get back to wanking off to some soap opera.

dumbass.

Well, if this is true, I'll be sad to see Paddy leave, but I'll love seeing what Arsene can do with 18 million.

Err.. before you say it's retarded and strange that Arsenal got only 18M for Vieira, how many 29 year olds do you know that could fetch that kind of transfer price? You'd struggle to come up with more than a handful.

And this still hasn't been confirmed so I'm still hoping he stays, but it wouldn't be the end of the world if he goes. We can bring in a great central midfielder for that kind of money and still have lots left over to strengthen upfront.

Milan's title bid just got even more difficult, if this transfer goes through.

Chelsea paid more than 20m € for Makelele when he was 30 years old :P

this is a good deal for Juventus, maybe its time we moved on. Vieira hasnt been able to push arsenal towards the champions league title and so maybe its time for a change in the way we play.

Id be happy if we now signed ballack, or maybe a more mobile, all round player like de rossi

The price was inflated because of our Captain leading us undefeated, if any of you had of watched or heard about Arsenals games this season Vieira has been sh*t i could say that he has been out played by a 17 yr old that keeps on getting better. Wenger has a habit of selling the older players at the right time ie Overmars Petit

Not sure if I understand you correctly, but do you mean that he played poor last season (2004/2005)? Because here in Norway, Vieira had the best average rating (7,25) in the ratings system.

I see him as probably the best defensive midfielder in the world, so I think this was a good move by Juve (if it's true).

Italian teams have a knack for older players, and they usually succeed. Maybe its to do witht the slower pace of the Italian game.

Viera at Juve will be a success.

Vieira had a really bad season compared to his previus one, with Arsenal being unbeaten. I seriusly doubt he was anywhere near the best player in Arsenal last year...
