At a point of your choice of the modified room.
Example, if you never want to have a direct red put like this:
AI_FORCE_FOULTYPE = 2 [/ QUOTE]

performed this test:
FOUL_YELLOW_CARD = 2 if you make a foul whistle but never gives you red card, only verbal call

In the "initfs" file I found these strings, can they be used to influence the cards of the referees in the game?
[CARD]
MAX_CARDS = 4 // Max number of cards in a game
PERC_CHANCE = 80 // Chance of a yellow card in the game
PERC_DROP = 12 // Chance drop for every subsequent yellow card
CHANCEOF_RED = 4 // Percentage chance of a red card being brandished
CHANCEOF_TWOREDS = 2 // Percentage chance of receiving two reds in a game

Nice, thank you. A gameplay mod that let me tweak home/away difficulty would be great. I don't know which mods are the best, so what else would you suggest?

Insert these strings in the locale.ini and play at a "professional" level.

Some questions:

1) Threshold values are as follow?

Difficulty and home/away difficulty: 1 to 10? (or 0 to 9?)
Home/away offense/defense difficulty: 00 to 99?

2) The lines ATTRIBUTE_0 and ATTRIBUTE_1 weren't supposed to be "commented", right?

3) The choice for "professional" level is mandatory for changes to work?

I am on ultimate level with sliders on crazily hard and the game is sometimes still too easy. How do these changes to the ini make the game harder? At present i have the games with sensible scores not the usual fifa 19 silly goal fest match after match. Do these changes keep the scores as sensible or are matches very high scoring?

I've played only two matches (home & away contest) with Russia against Mexico, using the above modifications provided by Fifapat75. The results: Russia 6-1 Mexico; Mexico 3-4 Russia.

The away game was clearly harder, just what I was looking for (vanilla always seems to be the other way around).
The first scores were disappointing, though. I will try again tonight and see how it goes.

I inserted the fifapat ini additions into fidels latest ini. I am also using the agpe 2.2 db.
I am on ultimate level. prior to these additions i played as huddersfield(career mode) at Liverpool and by HT i was winning 3-0 and liverpool hadnt crossed the halfway line. I turned the game off as it was a waste of time continuing.
The same game played with the same teams but with the ini lines added, i got hammered 4-1. which is about right. After that I beat Burnley 1-0 and then had two incredible end to end games with spurs which ended 2-2 and with me winnin 4-3. Spurs had a red card in the 4-3 win.
So adding the lines made a massive difference to difficulty and realism.

The thresholds are 0 - 99 but I'm not sure about 0 or 00
the lines ATTRIBUTE_0 and ATTRIBUTE_1 if you remove the // activates but the game becomes very fast and the CPU attacks too, try.
The choice of the "professional" level is not mandatory but if you play at a higher level it is more difficult.

I'm on ultimate and it's just about difficult enough. And I'm the worst team in Premier league. We all like different levels of difficulty. I like it extremely difficult but it very hard to make fifa 19 be as hard6as I like as ea have dumbed down the gane

Do you insert these strings anywhere in the ini and can they be added to any of Fidel's ini files? I'm finding that I like the last one best, but I may need to do something about the game speed. I'm going to check if I accidentally forgot to change it to "slow".

Yes I put it at the end of the ini. Game speed is best set in the fifa 19 menu.
I have found that fidels ini is working better with dB 2.2 than Paul's
Combining Paul's with the latest dB made the game rediculously easy even on insane slider settings and ultimate difficulty
