Pc freezes after i quit

I have instaled the 1.3 pacth and the slow down problem fixed but windows still freezing when i quit the game.only the mouse moves nothing else.
Please help.

Win 98SE
P4 1.6 GHZ
Ram 256 DDR
geforce4 mx 460 64mb

mine sometimes hangs for about 10 secs with an annoying sound loop, but always gets out of it. Doesn't happen always and I don't know what causes it.

It is very anoying becose always i have to do restart from the button.I can not understand why Konami did not include this fix to the pacth 1.3
Some of my friends have the same problem too.
If anybody know please help!!!!!!
What OS do you have?

its windows 98 thats causing the problem
happens to me too, win 98 se

cant do nothing about it, just hope konami comes up with a patch real soon!

man i am absolutely fed up!!! i cant take it anymore, it happened in the demo and now the game too. i hate having to restart all over, and it can cause some loss of info on my pc. i'm sure someone might have found some solution. man i am losing my respect of konami. i think i should email tehm or something. anyone found any solutions?

Yes i absolutely agree.I can't play like this i am very angry.I have searched the Konami site,but i could not find any email address to email them.if you know any,write it.This is very seriously bug for win 98 and nobody intresting from the konami.

there is no official solution yet
but if u want to avoid pressing restart button every time u hav to restart from the START menu

when ur back to mode select menu, instead of using QUIT, press ctrl+escape

the game window will b minimised n the start menu will pop up, u can choose shut down - restart

it will atleast take care of the scan disk running every time

but b careful, might screw up ur pc if u do it a lot

im gonna rite to konami n see if they give any reply

i've gotten one bluescreen after a match was over and i tried to exit the end game screen

sometimes the sound will continue for a second after i exit

other than that no real big problems with the latest patch level

This happens to me, i have xp and what i do is save my master league game (when im done playing), go back to the mode select menu, then hit alt+tab to get to the desktop. I then it ctrl+alt+del and close the pes3 thread. This closes it with no problems.

hm, i should try this at my Win98. It saves you from restarting the system. ;)

I press too alt - tab and then ctrl ,alt ,delete and game crash
