PC makes wierd noise

Thats your PC speaker.

It usually only makes a noise if your computer is making an error.

Is the computer working still or does it **** up when it starts beaping?

I think you may have one of the many netsky viruses, all of the netsky viruses make a beeping sound. Good news is that they made a removal tool for it, do a google search for it im sure you'll find it.:)
