PC Version, Kit Selection, Weather

Does anyone know how to select/ change kits in the PC version? Sometimes when im playing in tournament mode its hard to see which team is which. Can I change my kit during a certain screen?

How bout weather?

There are a matchsettingbutton in the bottom of the screen when you are in the central.
