I bet more than the 80% of the ppl use a PC.

Who do you think is better?

I have a G3. This **** has lasted 4 years.
I have had two PCs in 4 years. Both HP :|..

what about the Systems they use?
Mac OS is great (Y) personally, I think XP isnt that good (Y)

i always prefered Macs to PC's, but while id gladly use one all the time im afraid i dont due to compatiblity issues.

There was this prog on TV about PC vs Macs about graphics and they had the top of the range mac against an equivalent pc, and the pc OWNED the mac at the thing macs are meant to be best at! then they chucked it off a building and then managed to get the pc workin again, but not the mac! MACs SUCK!!

u're trying to compare something that has 90% of the computer market with.. mac. nuff sed. Mac's dont suck, they'r just not as good. Probably they will surivive a bit longer

Hey u can install MAC OS on a pc. I am gonna do so later. (In 3-4 months waiting for soft to get better so i won't have many probs!)

I've thought about getting a Mac, mainly because they seem to be the industry standard when it comes to design work...but again, it's the compatibility issues that keep me from doing it. I think getting software etc would be a bigger hassle than it's worth..

they are pretty cool looking though, hehe..

You guys dont take in account the system they use. MacOs is much better....soo many less problems with MacOs. I really dont like Windows..theres alot of problems..

i heard macs were better since they dont get viruses

but here is the thing

i dont know if its true

once people start using macs, hackers will make viruses for macs
until then, they will keep making viruses for pc since most people use pcs

Mac's are better than pc's, that video is full of sh!t to, because there are just as many and most likely more problems with pc's than there are with macs

I've used a PC all my life but at college (until they switched to PC's a while ago) we used G4 Mac's. The macs were absolute crap. I had a lot more crashes when working on the mac than on the PC. The only advantage of the mac is that they have some great applications such as Final Cut Pro and apparently applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Express etc. run faster on a mac but I haven't noticed any difference.
Also on a mac you don't have as much control over the computer as on a PC. On a PC you can always retrieve or fix things be it digging into the system or using DOS. And the really annoying thing is that when you paste things onto your desktop you don't actually paste anything there at all, it's just a link. How fecking stupid is that!?
