Ok guys, I am in need of some help here.
I've never even tried to do anything like this before, I've looked through this thread and people are talking way over my head lol.
Anyway I have all the required files downloaded, I have Alcohol 120% and Curerom 1.3.1 on my PC. I have been trying for about 5 or 6 hours now and no joy thus far.
Can somebody either PM me what to do or post an idiots guide on here or elsewhere for the likes of me PLEASE!!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated fellas.... Thanks in advance

great game - a lot better chance creation and finishing is a bit more fun and pleasing imo..
im making lots of cracker goals from distance, in pro evo 5 - we9 those shots would either gone far wide or been held tight by the goalie, in we9le there's far more "loose" balls after shots and more shots within the bars..
first time shots and freekicks seems tweaked too - to the better
Good job konami at tweaking pro evo 5 - bad job at releasing it only i korea..

1. extract the compressed files (RAR)
2.install the DKZ studio in the folder
3. double click WE9LE_K_PATCH，it'll be opened by DKZ, click Patch on the tool bar, choose apply patch in folder, find the folder where you've installed the WE9LE and choose the dat folder
4, click ok and wait (for a pretty long time)
5. once finished, run the ppf-0-matic3, choose the original WE9LE.EXEfor the first bar and that exepatch within the folder for the second, click apply
6. run the setup in kitserver to apply the kits (it's got lodcfg as well inside)(the folder has to be copied to the installation folder of the game)
7. enjoy the fantastic game and be thankful to the people who made the patch 
(forget one thing, remeber to copy the option file "KONAMI-WIN32WE9KOPT" in folder1 to replace the original one where the game records are saved, eg, for me it's "C![:\](/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/vb/fslash.gif ":\ :\")

I run the ppf-O-matic3 and I am stuck, which original WE9LE.exe, is it the original .exe in KONAMI\Winning Eleven 9 LE folder?

What am I doing wrong? ---sorry, i have not made it clear enough. i think you've got to copy and paste the kitserver folder to the KONAMI\Winning Eleven 9 LE folder, otherwise it can't find the right WE9LE.EXE. once you've done this, you can use that kitserver right away

---that folder saves the game records, but according to somebody, only by using the same "KONAMI-WIN32WE9KOPT" which comes with the patch can the kits and other things be correctly patched to the game.

i think you should copy KONAMI-WIN32WE9KOPT in the patch to CDocuments and Settings\user\My Documents\KONAMI\Winning Eleven 9 LIVEWARE EVOLUTION\save\folder1 to replace the old one in order to enable the patch and kitserverto work more accurately.
as for other files in that patch, i havn't tried them yet. some people say it's got world cup grouping stuff, you can try them yourself.

if you can't see the credits in WE9LE after using this patch, which i do,
you only need to replace the credit STR in the game with the original one in WE9LE
just open K_TEXT in dat with DKZ, and replace the file unknow_00255 with the file i've attached here.

i can hear everything...
when i apply some option file...
the game dont runs properly...
the sounds dont match with the game...
and some moments there's no chants!!!
