It would have been a program that converted '07 kits to '08 kits. It never got made though because the formats for the kits were so different, that the ingame results were not good. It does not exist mate.

I cannot find any pictures of high enough quality for Getafe kits. The kits have a particular design that I need to see up close, but I can't find any.

Also I have not seen a Wales away kit made by Champion.

Cannot find any pics of Slovakia.
