I dont think you can buy it in the USA. Anyway, you should be able to ship it or if you have a good ADSL connection, well, i wont complete the phrase, you know what i mean.
You just manage a team, so it's not a action game, you dont grab your joystick and try fancy stuff (if that's what you're looking for, stay away from CM). However, it's a brilliant game if you like the tactical aspect of football, and if you ever fancied taking the team you support to glory.
Sign, sell and loan players, praise or criticize them, change training schedules, be offered jobs, ask for stadium expansions is just some of the few things you can do. There is pretty much every important (and a ****load of not-so-important) league in the world, so it's kinda hard to get bored as the replay aspect of the game is pretty damn good. If you're thinking of getting CM, get the CM 03/04 version as it's in my opinion the best one out, and it's non-buggish and has the most updated rosters.
However my advice is to wait for FM 2005 (new management game made by SI, the creators of CM).
