Yes it does go slow in recording, but, if you use Virtual Dub, put the video's Frame Rate up to 60, and compress, and its PERFECT. Like this..

I like it with the music very nice. But how did you get so nice quality video.
I followed your tutorial but this is what i get.

this is my best goal yet, not great , first it hits the right and then the left post before it goes in
here (1M

and btw fraps 2.0 doesnt work for me it says i need a processor with sse instructions or something.
i have athlon 1.1ghz how do i fix this?
