It looks good but the nose needs to be a bit narrower and sharper. Mouth needs work on similarity. And increase the head size too. Looks too small compared to his body.

I thought the earlier model was closer to him in the real life having just looked at his picture.

Really?! How did you manage to convert and import PES head files in blender? Even very experienced modders told me it's somewhat impossible, due to bones structure

It's not a full conversion
I simply overlapped the models and replicated the vertices like aNuke did
Takes really long but gives the best result :)
