Hmmm? I say possible despite being a PES fan. But first they got to buy KCET s gameplay idea instead of implementing gimmix!! By that time, Konami would have got liscences trust me!!!

^^ Infact with wolf and reefurs diff patches Konami are near perfect. Just bring thePS3 and Xbox 2 cos the pc version is more faulty/scripty and full of com cheating and bugs.
Well seeing how both games arent out yet, you cant possibly know which one will be better and it depends who you ask too.
All I see this thread turning into is a "fanboy - my game is better" type thread.. Specially seeing how ¤ Liv2Play WE ¤ as responded so far.

The way i look at it is ... If you generaly love football, then you should be able to adjust & enjoy either game.
Although i wish Fifa would have the shooting system & same level of control, as PES.
I also wish that PES had player runs, as good a player animations and as much general graphical detail as Fifa.
But i still have as much fun playing playing both games, and they both can bore me as much as each other, too...
PES does seem to be the slightly more addictive tho, due to the player movements, shooting system & more arcade style of play.

Of course it,s more arcady... You notice this as soon as you kick off...
I,m not knocking it because it all adds to the entertainment of the game.
Which also means that PES caters for a wider range of age groups, from mature gamers like myself, straight down to toddlers.
BTW, who,s Daaaaaaaaaaany Isaac ? ...
Diggi, when was the last time you watched or actualy played football ?..
Look at the way that the players move...
The body movements, when running , heading, tackling, passing or controlling a ball...
Also look at the way that an Actual football match plays .... Passing, Movement, Build up, Possession, Player runs, Creating space & Chances on goal...
PES is a great footy game, but it just doesn,t give a true refection of Real football, imo.
This is more noticable when you play on 4-6 star level, which is basically 20 players running around like headless chickens, following the ball.
It becomes a bit too full on, where your cpu opponents just charge you down 24/7.
You end up playing a game of quick short passes , twisty runs , quick 360 turns & whatever Flicks n tricks you can manage to do in between shooting at goal.
NOW before you start shooting me down, i,m not bashing PES, and believe me i could write a lot more about the flaws & unrealistic elements of Fifa,s gameplay. I just think it,s the gameplay animations and the way that the players Run and pass the ball, what does it the most. The passes seem too straight & perfect, and sometimes come from the middle of the outside of the players boot, in a perfect diagonal line.
As for the robotic like running.... Well enough said. -->
Apart from that, the game is Smack on .... Ball & Collission physics are near perfect, but i still think that the ball does float in the air a bit too much tho.
As for the shooting system .... F*****g Brilliant, so is the Training shedule. LoL...
Theres a few things that EA could do with learning from Konami, and one of them is, Commitment ...

there are some things missing in pes to be real simulation:
- 360° direction movement using the analogue stick
- quick free-kicks as well as quick throw-ins missing (btw. the free-kick fakes/tricks are superb)
- a bit more freedom during free-kicks and throw-ins of the opponent(sometimes there seem to be a kind of wall when u want to mark the opponent at throw-ins and in pes5/we9, it should be possible to move the wall)
- a few tricks more (elastico and jayjay okocha)
EA has got far more things to change to make a simulation, i think, the list would be a kind of neverending story...

See Shaft, you just proved to me how much you really know about your own game (FIFA)
! and you really have no clue when it comes to real football match or in that matter which game looks and feels like real life football. Now if I was you I would STFU and learn a few things so you don`t embaress and humiliate yourself like you always do. You don`t know who Danny Isaac is, ? well , he`s the general producer & CEO of FIFA games located in Canada. He is the one that comes up with your backstreetbois catch phrases "off-the-ball" control and the "first-touch" sh!t. It`s no wonder that FIFA sucks the production company and its staff is located somewhere in Canada and their studios.. and you compare FIFA (CANADA) with PES/WE(JAPAN).. Japan #1 when it comes to technology and other electronical things.. kid you still have to learn..soccerulez
