PES Access Scoreboard ?

I have just downloaded the Great PES Access 2005 Copa Libertadores Patch. Now I would like to use the great TV Pop ups and the scoreboard for my already patched game. Can somebody tell me wich files I have to copy in my game that I can use the great scoreboard?

i have problem whan install this, when player score goal the game a freazes
and how to "erase" radar in the game like in the screnshoot up
