I'm trying to make simon cziommer with O-edit but with wich dots can I make his eyes the right shape

Using that part only shifts the .BMP into the right position, if you want to make his eyes bigger or smaller you'll have to use the normal oedit part with the 3 angles

I think You must more time spend on Photoshop
to make good bmp and more time work in Oedit..
