talk about drama queens
hackers have not "taken over the launcher" they were not hacking the launcher in anyway, they were getting players IP address in the uk ladder room, and pinging the IP to make the game disconnect. I will hide peoples IP address... problem fixed.
It was some sad person in the UK ladder who was kicked from the league, the ladder WILL NOT be shutting down.

I have spoken to the hacker, and he has told me exactly how he did it, not only that... its possible to do almost exactly the same thing to pes4online.

I might add i find it quite sad (and actually kinda funny ) that you feel the need to jump on any negative post about pes4launcher, i have had plenty of opportunities to comment on the MANY problems you have had with v2 of pes4online, but i have not...

Yet again you post without knowing any of the facts, since i made the first post about getting rid of displaying IP's i spoke with the hacker and found out how he actualy did it, and it has nothing to do with it.
The only thing that offended me was your need to post an "i told you so" (even though your totally wrong) on the end of a post that has nothing to do with you.
I could quite easily start posting some of the problems with pes4online v2, but i dont think the hosts have enough web space.

I would just like to add that i use both launchers,
They both have their + / - but to air a discussion like your both having in public, looks very stupid and a little ghey and in turn really takes away something from the good work both of you have put in !!
The mind boggles with type of launcher the scene could have if you both collaborated with each other !!!
Both of you keep up the good work and beat the crap out of each other in private eh !!

no question imo pes online is a much better experience,good updates and above all no cheatin pussys unlike ur peslauncher all egomaniacs on there when i`ve been on. good prog aswell tho.
Firstly, it was an attack on our room, not the launcher. Because of the nature of any ladder, people will try and beat the system. Very sad really, but it's the way it is - ask any clanbase admin.
IRC is perfectly hackable if u dont mask your I.P. Very simple to write a TCL bot to sit in a channel and dns nicknames all day, which wouldn't take long to pick up I.P's.
