PES2 on the PC - Full Details

We are already thinking about editing ISS 3
And if we do have success editing it, we'll move to the ISS 3 community (maybe STARTING it by ourselves, because by now, I haven't seen any other ISS community) and say FIFA good bye
I'll really give the 100% of my Editing-Experience to figure out how to edit, at least, the kits in ISS 3, and Ariel will do so too

Forum and PS2 emulator
Yeah, there's a bunch of us over at the ISS/PES/WE forum on Soccer Gaming getting busier by the day as more people get the Konami series.
As for the PS2 emulator, they have recently (last few weeks) started to have some luck with official demos and starting screens on official games. The best PS2 emulator in development seems to be this one:

Still a long way from working buy hey, it's getting there.
There is another one which is in development and it has a handy graph to show how far along in the project they are:

In the meantime, either PES2 on the PC with the ePSXe emulator or buying ISS3 (which I think will be a good game, IS2 was pretty cool) will have to do.

If this thread is so out of place why do you think so many people have viewed it? Doesn't that make you think there's some interest in the subject whether you consider it in the right place or not? You're the only one who's complained about wanting it to be moved.
I'm just trying to help people fed up with FIFA 2003 and where better to put it than the FIFA 2003 forum? It's not like people are suddenly going to develop psychic powers and say "I had a vision that I can play Konami on my PC" and automatically check out the Konami forum. I'm trying to help people, not put a stumbling block in their way so just get over it. There are plenty of threads dealing with Beckham faces for you to droool over, just ignore this one if you don't like it.

Yeah, I know that it's sometimes difficult to get the file to start but it will start eventually, just leave it going in the background and it will get more links after a while.
I know at least four people who have got it in the last 24 hours so they'll be more links to connect to in a while. There were 7 people online with the file yesterday afternoon.
It's just a pity Konami don't release the game for the PSX over here. I bought it and imported it but I realize everybody can't do that.

So, maybe EA better not release a FIFA 2004 and work on a new product for fall 2004. Judging by the responses here, lots of FIFA players are sick of the computer generated spew EA hurls out every year.
