this question has already been raised quite a few times here...

WE7 (PS2, Jap) is the oldest version of the game.

PES3 (PS2 & PC, Europe) has slightly updated rosters, most noticeably Beckham to Real Madrid, Duff to Chelsea etc

WE7 International (PC, US & Korea) is basically the same as PES3, with minimal changes like the main menu items on the left, the clock is 45mins per half rather than 90mins all the way through..

And from what I've gathered here, WE7 International (PS2, Japan) is, like the Final Evolutions of the previous games, an improved version of the game altogether, with some new moves...
