PES3 Patch V1.3 sound problem

I don't know if any of you people noticed this but after intalling the second official patch, all of the chants in the game were removed! The only thing you hear is cheering and booing from the audience and no chants. Why did Konami decided to make a patch to remove these great chants!?

I noticed the sound seemed to be dumbed down, and I also got sound looping, so I am back to v1.0 which for me gives the best smoothest performance :)
