PES3 PC: which are the differences between MEDIUM and HIGH graphics quality ?!?!?

I don't see any difference! But the performance is larger in the Medium graphic quality.

Which are the differences?

Thanks.

You probably won't notice much difference in the demo since there is only 2 stads, 2 parks and day and night.

In the full game you will have all the weather [rain falling for example], all the different stadia and grass cuts, worn and wet pitches etc, water splashes from the ball and players feet and stuff like that which already is in the PS2 version.

It is probably these little finer touches that will be reduced or removed when you select the lower values for detail and res, but since they not in the demo its hard to see the difference between high and medium detail.

Just make sure you crank up that 3D card if it can cope and enjoy the great looking graphics that PES3 on PC has! :D

Now I play with rain effect, using the patch that enable the menus, but I still don't see any difference

I have an older card now GF4 TI4200 but it has 128mb and I see the splashes from players feet and the ball, in some of the cut scene it does not appear to be raining and in the game it looks like grey haze rather than rain drops but still a very good effect ... the better the card the more you will see.
