Today I played, the goalkeeper suddenly rose to the center of the field, tackled an opponent and got yellow card! A few minutes later he rose again and Romania made 3-1 to the empty net! Has anyone noticed this? This is a very bad bug which should be fixed immediately.

You just pressed (triangle) or (R2) while they have the ball .
Try it if you don't beleive me .

Sounds like you held the keeper rush button mate, like ashrafwolf said. I'd seriously doubt its a bug, the game has been out for so long now there cant be any more big bugs people have not picked up.
If you think you didnt hold that button check and clean your game pad/keyboard, the button might have stuck. Or your computer might have crapped itself momentarily and got stuck on that command for a few seconds. All possibilities, none of which relate to any problem with the software.

Unless others have experienced it as well, than it's just user error or controller malfunction.

Also, the keeper will charge out if you make a 1-2 pass from him to another player. I've panicked myself with that a few times.
