Maybe Im blind but i dont see quality difference between Timac's and other faces . In your opinion those faces are"bad"heh maybe you are blind :]
GOOD work Timac im waiting for more faces !!

you're right, you can't say "awesome" at face which you think is bad coz creator would think he's a God and don't have to fix anything coz his faces are perfect
when I've put my last comment here I wrote which are good, which are average and how could be fixed and which are bad

I can't rate last faces coz I don't remember how original men look for, but I remember Baros and I think default Baros ingame is better and doesn't need a fix :P

He needs to give u the bin file and then u can replace Xavi's old one with this one by using AFS explorer

but it says in the noob guide :D...the I dont need .bin files because I can just add the picture to .bin with Graphic Studio but I dont know how to do

you don't need bins, just face textures and that's true

but those pics above are screenshots, so how face looks in ingame, face texture looks like this:
