...but i wanted to make him new hair using another model and unfortunately something is happening with hair's bitmap (it's saved as png with 8-bit colour depth and alpha transparency ;]). If anybody knows what's up, i'll be grateful for help ;)

i think you placed the hair pang to an editabe model and it's png
