thx mate . but i think u are not wrong , the in-game face editor is a good idea with good materials , but it usually makes out ugly or same-look faces ~
about shearer : konami maybe took a face from war craft 3 for him~ i will take him back to human looking , at least i will have a try .

now i try to make faces which wont replace others . heres the first --- Gilardino . this one wont appear on ohters' faces !
i will release some files in 1 day or 2

For the Downing face James, make both the bottom lip and top lip longer in width, and the little mark he has on his chin (looks like a circle), pull that down closer to the bottom of his chin...
