Get jonboyo's PES4 patch from www.evo-web.co.uk.

Get Scorpio's PES4 option file from evo-web.co.uk (to be used in conjunctions with jonboyo's patch) or try the pesfan option file from pesfan.com.
And Ratinho's update of the pesfan file from issextreme.com.
