ps2 balls never worked with pc coz they have different ball models (remember fevernova? now aerow)

Given the Roteiro is possible in PES4, I would say ANY ball design can be created. It does not seem to work on a panel system like in PES3, so in theory you should be able to make any ball you like.

yep, and since we'll have 5 slots for Balls 2 taken for the Roteiro and Pelias, we have 3 more (default are crap i think) we can use them for the fevernova, aerow, etc etc

err, they do use a panel system, just they have more unique panels and fewer repeating ones, but they are still there

if I remember well they are inside od pes4.exe, open it with hex workshop or another hex editor

about a ball, that Aerow texture uses single panels models, so we can make whatever ball from it, but Roteiro model is weird
