Nevertheless you should be that ambitious as a facemaker to not only make a face look good from the front but from the sides as well.

This shouldn't be a big thing to fix, imo. Just use clonestamp within Photoshop (with a lower transparency) and copy/apply his skin texture/colour over the shiny parts...

This was probably the best I can do without the shine, If you still find it terrible could someone else please give it a try, but I hope it's OK now
