PES5 Keep Crashing (Option File)

Hi, my pes5 keep crashing everytime i run into a game and i arrive to the menu to change team after like 5 seconds it crash, i reinstalled the game and it worked, but the next time i loaded my game it start crashing again, after a few minutes around it, i found out that the problem is on the option file, so everytime i wanna play i have to delete my option file. Anyone can give me an hand?

Heres some more info about the error,

AppName: pes5.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.1 ModName: pes5.exe
ModVer: 1.0.0.1 Offset: 004df119

I have send an email to konami and see what they say about it.

If youve got more than 8MB in folder 1 (replays etc) the game will crash . Make sure you do not exceed 8MB or move your replays etc into folders 2 and onwards . Your optionfile is in folder 1 by default.

I wouldnt worry about it , if those useless Konami tossers cant be bothered to inform us of any bugs which will render the game inoperable than what else are people to do .
