PES6 On Windows Vista

I have recently bought a new acer laptop and have a free upgrade to Vista which must be sorted by 30th March at the latest. I am going with Home Premium Edition, but before I upgrade, has anyone encountered notable problems with playing PES6 and with add-ons such as kitserver (seeing as it's so vital...)?
Thanks

I haven't tried it myself, but I've heard kitserver doesn't work properly on Vista yet.

There is a workaround, however, you have to use the setup program to uninstall/install it every time you restart the computer.

Or has this been fixed already? I know it was an issue for some people at one time, not sure if it still is. I'd like to know because I'm considering upgrading to Vista soon. Anyone?

It's fine if you've got enough RAM, else the performance is badly affected

I have the same problem. The game is a lot slower in Vista.

I have to change the resolution down to 800 x 600 in order to play it.

For me speed is same than in XP, but filters and V-sync dont works as in XP...

Driver optimizations need...

However is known tha VISTA need more ram and better GPU to works properly with game...

i do encounter a lag in vista. esp in goalmouth area..screen start to lag badly.

after i remove and install the nvidia forceware drive 100.54, it did improve the lagging issue. but still not as smooth as winxp.

forceware driver :

You may want to try out.
I find out that the lag is bad mostly when playing with HD kit.
