When? Well, I have lots of face to do (some from Lille, others from St-Etienne, Lyon, Montpellier and Nice)... I will release several facepacks mixing those clubs. Not sure I will post all your expected faces in the same facepack...

Here Sepak, a bit of photoshop does the work..

Really easy. In photoshop use anything like polygonal lasso tool; zoom into the annoying lettering and border the text by clicking with your tool. After you complete your clipping, right click and choose fill.... "content-aware" and ok. I would highly suggest to do a couple of letters at a time for a better result. If your result looks "unnatural" then i would suggest you use the eydropper tool to get the skin tone and use the brush tool to overlay the skin with that color. Then use the content-aware process . If it's still confusing, let me know i'll do a short tutorial on Youtube.
