Player Full Potential Glitch After 1 Season

Hey there guys, so just starting a new career after editing my database using cm16 and database manager and noticed that I have a lot of players that I edited all reach their max potentials after 1 season in foreign leagues... :confused:

I have the moddingway patches installed, and haven't downloaded any other patches that interfere with player growth, so I was wondering if anyone else had found a glitch this something similar?

I know that there are always glitched players, but not to the extent where they are all at their max potentials after 1 season. And some of them are still 18/19?

Could it be something to do with the dlc files not working properly?
