player positions

hey, this may seem like a stupid question, and maybe it is, too..
but can anyone give me a list of what the abbreviations for the positions of players stand?
like GK = Goal Keeper, CF = Center Forward, and so on..

GK - Goalkeeper
SW - Sweeper
RB - Right back
RCB - Right centre back
CB - Centre back
LCB - Left centre back
LB - Left back
RWB - Right wing back
RW - Right winger
RM - Right midfield
RCM - Right centre midfield
DM - Defensive midfield
CM - Centre midfield
AM - Attacking midfield
LCM - Left centre midfield
LM - Left midfield
LW - Left winger
LWB - Left wing back
ST - Striker
CF - Centre forward
