player run for pass?

How can I command a player to run to collect a the pass. My player usually stand at their place even if I command them a direction (LS) and sprint. They only run if the pass is coming from way long.

you mean ask a player to run for the thorugh ball before passing?

press the "trigger run" button (LB) ,its the button that makes chipped shots and lobbed through balls BY DEFAULT ,no holding required.

just press once so you can prevent chipped shots and passes from interfering

if its virtual pro i dont know what ur talking about because it works fine for me
