Can someone tell me please, what to do in Creation Master, so that I can play in the Champions League and UEFA Cup from the first season in FIFA 07 Manager mode?

I think you didn't check the forums and searched well, the answer to your question is found in many posts since fifa06, here is the answer:

change the tournament id of the leagues you want to be less than 94 (not sure it is exactly 94, but safely you can make it in the 80's or below).

But beware that you'll most likely get strange double appearances by teams in both ECC and EFA because the logic that the game uses to limit teams to only one berth seems to be dependent on the existing tournament ids.
